SUMMARY:Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein: The Music Of Stranger Things
DESCRIPTION:This 2026 tour offers a complete sonic retrospective\, spanning all five seasons of the series. From the iconic 2016 opening theme to the climactic sounds of the recently released Season 5\, Dixon and Stein bring their atmospheric scores to life.  To elevate the performance into a fully immersive experience\, they have partnered with renowned visual artist MFO (Marcel Weber). The new show features a minimal yet striking design of light and sculpted fog. Light takes on a physical presence through dreamy glows and violent\, haunted movements\, blurring the line between concert and cinema to make the Stranger Things atmosphere a truly tangible experience. \n“It’s a score that understands the difference between ‘retro’ and ‘timeless\,’ opting for a cold\, analog precision that feels both old and startlingly new” – PITCHFORK \n “Like many a great score\, it does not need the visuals to make it sing or to put you in the correct mental space”– LOUDER THAN WAR \n“It is full of gorgeous compositions and details\, blending Eighties-inspired synths that range from the luscious to the eerie” – DROWNED IN SOUND \n “Even with sounds inextricably linked to the late ’70s and early ’80s\, this music tells its story with character\, poise and a fresh perspective” – RESIDENT ADVISOR \nIn the annals of film and television\, certain musical themes manage to transcend the moving image. From the iconic whistle introducing Morricone’s The Good\, the Bad and the Ugly theme to Tangerine Dream’s “Love On A Real Train\,” memorable scores have the uncanny ability to sum up an epoch\, an entire aesthetic. The prolific Texan musicians Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein are responsible for a body of work that’s synonymous with the fictional town of Hawkins\, Indiana\, the supernatural everytown at the center of the Netflix hit Stranger Things. But as the small town becomes the unlikely site for a supernatural battle within the hit series\, Dixon and Stein’s soundscapes\, too\, have expanded in lockstep. In the meantime\, Stein and Dixon compose music for feature films\, documentary series and large-scale installations and play in the band S U R V I V E. Working in the lineage of predecessors like John Carpenter and contemporary peers like Oneohtrix Point Never\, Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein use a lifelong obsession with synthesizers and electronic music as a vehicle for larger-than-life visions. \nWhile Dixon & Stein came to prominence composing music for a series that has become a cultural touchstone\, Stranger Things\, imagery and setting have always been central to the duo’s practice. In 2009\, alongside Mark Donica and Adam Jones\, they formed the live synthesizer band S U R V I V E. Leading up to the formation of the quartet\, Dixon and Stein experimented with field recordings\, venturing down tunnels and ascending water towers around Austin\, Texas\, hauling battery-powered modular setups and field recording equipment out to the sorts of places the Stranger Things kids might explore on their bicycles. As opposed to the laptop-based performances common in live electronic music at the time\, S U R V I V E hauled a studio’s worth of synthesizers and amplifiers into dive bars for legendary live performances\, achieving the ability to fill the room with crushing sound. Whether they knew it or not\, with S U R V I V E\, Dixon and Stein laid the groundwork for their future as one of the pre-eminent scoring teams of our time. Rather than speaking in musical terms\, they’d describe their instrumental synth music with visual cues—a helicopter soaring over a waterfall\, a high-speed chase down darkened Los Angeles alleys. \nWhen The Duffer Brothers found the band and tapped Dixon and Stein for work on Stranger Things\, the duo rolled their sleeves up\, taking on a workload typically handled by a fleet of composers and assistants. As the show gradually transformed from ’80s sci-fi period piece to an expansive supernatural epic\, Stein and Dixon rose to the occasion. While their music for early seasons focused on the timeless sound of ’80s analog synthesizers\, they’d soon harness melodies and atmospherics befitting Eleven and Mike’s interdimensional struggle. Music is a main character in Stranger Things\, with Dixon and Stein’s soundtrack weaving in and out of triumphant\, period-appropriate songs like Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill.” That song topped the charts after its pivotal use in season four. Similarly\, the duo’s tireless work on Stranger Things catapulted them from underground synth heroes to key composers for modern film and television. Stein and Dixon won an Emmy for Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music for their work on the show\, in addition to nominations for multiple Grammys and ASCAP awards. \nFor recent seasons of Stranger Things\, the duo has worked at a daunting pace\, crafting the equivalent of a feature film score every two weeks. Somehow\, they’ve also found time to work on multiple feature films in recent years. For Joaquin del Paso’s 2021 independent psychological thriller The Hole In The Fence\, Stein and Dixon paid homage to Tomita’s epic synthesizer compositions as well as the pioneering electronic experiments of Oscar Sala. Their score received a Hollywood Music In Media Awards nomination for Best Independent Score\, while the film itself premiered at Venice Film Festival and took home best film honors at the Cairo Film Festival. They also composed music for Meow Wolf’s massive Denver site. The multimedia installation features ab unnersuve zone scored by the duo\, who were tasked with conceiving a simple\, Close Encounters-style melody that saves a fictional world. Over the pandemic\, Dixon and Stein managed to collaborate remotely with musicians and multiple choirs\, even integrating the mysterious and singular sounds of a Bulgarian Women’s Choir into their Meow Wolf score. The duo also composed the score for the 2021 horror-tinged thriller Retaliators\, adding to a burgeoning catalog that has placed Stein and Dixon’s soundscapes behind VR-views of the cosmos (Spheres)\, scenes from ’90s Silicon Valley (Valley Of The Boom)\, and the journey of an 11-year-old transgender girl (Butterfly)\, to name just a few. \nAfter this prolific run\, Dixon and Stein are simultaneously going back to their roots and embracing new challenges. Currently working out of their respective\, hardware-heavy studios in Los Angeles and Austin\, they’ll soon reunite with their band\, S U R V I V E\, for a new album and worldwide touring. At heart\, Stein and Dixon are avid students of electronic music history who constantly explore new methods of composition and scoring. While they have a clear facility for soundtracking the supernatural and otherworldly\, Stein and Dixon have an equal interest in scoring quieter\, decidedly human drama. It’s been a wild decade for Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein\, who have gone from DIY tinkerers in Austin to introducing a whole new generation to synthesizers via the alchemical combination of sound and moving image. The images have been in their mind all along. Now we just get to watch them

SUMMARY:Joe Jackson
DESCRIPTION:Often depicted as a chameleonic artist who constantly ‘changes his style\,’ Joe Jackson insists that most of his albums are in ‘his own mainstream’ – collections of sophisticated pop songs\, using different kinds of rhythms and combinations of instruments.\nJoe Jackson has just confirmed his return to 3Olympia Theatre\, Dublin on Sunday 27th September 2026.\nJoe Jackson was born on August 11 1954 in Burton-on-Trent\, England\, but grew up in the South Coast naval port city of Portsmouth At age 16 Joe played his first paying gig\, as pianist in a pub next door to a glue factory just outside of Portsmouth.  This was followed by other pub gigs (in which he was often trying to entertain crowds of drunken\, bottle-throwing sailors) and accompanying a bouzouki player in a Greek restaurant. At age 18 Joe won a scholarship to study Composition\, Piano\, and Percussion at London’s Royal Academy of Music. By 1978 Joe was living in London and hawking an album-length demo\, with his own band (Graham Maby\, Bass; Dave Houghton\, Drums; Gary Sanford\, Guitar) standing by. That demo  –  already called Look Sharp  – eventually found its way to American producer David Kershenbaum\, who was in London in the capacity of talent scout for A&M Records.  Joe was immediately signed and Look Sharp more professionally re-recorded in August ’78.  The Joe Jackson Band finally started to play regular gigs and the album was released in January 1979. \nJoe Jackson’s story up to this point is much more fully\, fascinatingly\, and hilariously recounted in his book A CURE FOR GRAVITY.  Look Sharp was followed within a year by the very similar I’m The Man\, and in 1980 by the darker\, more reggae-influenced Beat Crazy. In 1981 Jackson recorded Jumpin’ Jive\, a ‘musical vacation’ paying tribute to Swing and Jump Blues artists such as Louis Jordan and Cab Calloway.  Returning to songwriting\, Joe spent a large chunk of 1982 in New York.  The result was Night and Day\, a more sophisticated and melodic record built around keyboards and Latin percussion\, rather than guitars.  With a new guitar-less band\, Jackson hit the road for a whole year\, and the album became his biggest success\, going platinum in the US. \nJackson’s next album Body and Soul(1984) was in a similar vein to Night and Day but featured a horn section (which\, along with the Blue Note-inspired cover art\, led many people to wrongly assume he’d made a jazz record). For Big World (1986) Jackson stripped everything down to a 4-piece again\, and recorded live\, direct to 2-track master.  In 1989 he went in the opposite direction with the majestic\, semi-autobiographical Blaze of Glory\, and toured with an 11-piece band.  Laughter and Lust (1991) was more like a mainstream (though still idiosyncratic) rock record\, but yet another lengthy world tour left Jackson exhausted and at a creative dead end.  As he sees it\, his workaholic phase\, which also included several film scores\, a live album (Live 1980-86)\, an instrumental album (Will Power\, 1987)\, guest appearances with Suzanne Vega\, Ruben Blades and Joan Armatrading\, and endless touring was over. The 1990s brought some of his most challenging and eclectic works: the gentle\, soul-searching Night Music (1994)\, the ambitious and original song-cycle based on the Seven Deadly Sins\, Heaven and Hell (1997)\, and the album Joe considers his best (and most underrated): Night and Day II (2000).  The turn of the century saw a burst of creativity: Jackson won his first Grammy (Best Pop Instrumental Album for the non-traditional\, non-orchestral Symphony No.1) and published his book A Cure For Gravity. \nIn 2003 Joe reformed the original Joe Jackson Band for a stunning new album\, Volume 4\, and a lengthy tour.  The reunion was always intended as a one-off\, but it also produced a live album\, Afterlife\, in 2004. He was also awarded a Fellowship by the Royal Academy of Music and an Honorary Doctorate by the University of Portsmouth. Having failed to happily re-establish himself in London\, he moved to Berlin\, where his next album Rain was recorded in 2007. Consisting of ten powerful\, timeless new songs\, Rain creates a surprisingly epic sound with just voices\, piano\, bass and drums. The trio toured for the next three years. A live album\, Live Music\, was released in 2011. \nIn 2012 Joe released a tribute to one of his greatest musical heroes\, Duke Ellington. The Duke is an often radical re-interpretation of fifteen Ellington classics\, arranged into ten tracks\, and featuring an eclectic roster of guest artists including Iggy Pop\, Ahmir ‘Questlove’ Thompson and other members of The Roots\, Sharon Jones\, Steve Vai\, and jazz violin star Regina Carter\, who joined Joe on the subsequent tour. In 2015\, Jackson announced the completion of his follow-up to The Duke. The album’s title\, Fast Forward\, and track list were confirmed in addition to North American tour dates. The titular first single was released for streaming via his official SoundCloud page. \nOn 18 January 2019\, Jackson released the album Fool. Jackson said about the album on his website: “One of my inspirations for this album was the band I’ve been touring with on and off for the last 3 years. I’ve had many different line-ups but this one is special.” Jackson and the band performed “Fabulously Absolute” on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show on 21 January 2019. Fool debuted in the top 20 album charts in Holland\, Belgium\, Germany and Switzerland. In the US\, it debuted at No. 25 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales Chart. In the UK\, it entered the Indie Albums Chart at No. 13. \nAfter a Covid induced layoff Joe toured the US and Europe in 2022 for a tour named “Sing\, You Sinners!” featuring songs from his catalog plus a few select covers. The tour featured his band Graham Maby on Bass\, Teddy Kumpel on Guitar and Doug Yowell on Drums. Joe toured during 2024 touring both the US and Europe. \nApril 2026 will see the release of a new album “Hope and Fury” and extensive touring of both the US and Europe featuring a full band.

SUMMARY:Ruel
DESCRIPTION:Following the massive release of “Don’t Say That”\, “Hate Myself” marks a triumphant second singleahead of the next chapter in his double-album project\, following Kicking My Feet(Part One)\, the forthcoming Part Two arrives as Kicking My Feet & Screaming. The new song gives fans a glimpse into a new\, uncharted side of Ruel while still tapping into the vulnerability that he’s known for. At its core\, the track explores what it feels like to be stuck in a toxic\, self-destructive relationship\, knowing it’s hurting you\, but not being able to walk away. \nRuel recalls how the track came about-I wrote this one on theday I met Kenny and Jackson\, and whenyou meet someone for the first time\, you sort of try to focus on getting to know one another. After 5-6hours in the studio\, we had basically nothing but then Kenny threw a bit of a hail Mary\, the three of us mixed ideas around\, and next thing we knew we had the whole song in about 30 mins. Since then\, every session I’ve had with Kenny has flowed so well and the two of us wrote a good chunk of the album Part2 together! \nCo-written by industry moguls Kenny Beats(Dominic Fike\, Vince Staples\, Remi Wolf) and Jackson Morgan\, (Justin Bieber\, Macklemore)\, “Hate Myself” captures what it feels like to love someone who isbad for you and choosing to stay until you start resenting yourself more than them. \nRuel just wrapped the second-leg of his 2026 North American Kicking My Feet Tour\, where he wassupported by UK-born singer-songwriter Arthur Hill\, emerging soul-pop singer Chelsea Jordan and rising San-Francisco native Mercer Henderson. Earlier this year\, he also toured in South America on the Lollapalooza festival circuit in Chile\, Argentina\, and Brazil\, and the Estero Picnic Festivalin Colombia. \nTo celebrate his double-album era\, the pop sensation has also announced he’ll be hitting the road again this fall for the Kicking & Screaming Tour\, heading across the UK and Europe from October 1\, 2026 through October 30\, 2026\, with support from singer-songwriter Sadie Jean. Artist presale beginsTuesday\, April 28 at 10 a.m. local time\, followed by general on-sale Thursday\, April 30 at 10 a.m. localtime.Full tour routing is below. \nKicking & Screaminggot off to a strong start last month with ‘Don’t Say That\,’ and willbring fans 10 new tracks as Ruel builds on his Kicking My Feet journey. SUMMARY:Nicotine Dolls
DESCRIPTION:Nicotine Dolls make the kind of music you can’t hide from. The storytelling is front-and-center\, beckoning your attention like a dusty old novel you can’t put down until the last page. The vocals are gritty and honest\, holding nothing back in fits of joy\, regret\, and sadness similar to a phone call from one of your best friends at 3am. The instrumentation is equally punchy and nuanced\, grafting rafter-reaching hooks on top of rich soundscapes. The moment the Nicotine Dolls – led by Sam Cieri [vocals]\, John Merritt [bass]\, and Abel Tabares [drums] – hit that first note\, the air shifts. A wave of collection emotion that doesn’t ask permission just hits you. \nCieri started Nicotine Dolls in New York after a winding path that stretched from leaving high school to make music\, to South Florida bars\, to Vegas gigs\, to eventually landing a Broadway tour. The stage paid the bills\, but songwriting was always the compass. As he wrote and shaped the sound\, the band solidified around a shared vision rooted in honesty\, tension\, longing\, and the courage to say the quiet things out loud. \nSince forming in 2019\, Nicotine Dolls have built a fiercely loyal fanbase through relentless creativity and intimate connection. Their breakout single “What Makes You Sad” has earned nearly 20 million Spotify streams\, and their cover of Tina Turner’s “The Best” is approaching 30 million streams. Collectively\, their catalog has more than 80 million streams and they’ve developed a massive digital community with more than 1.8 million followers on TikTok and over a million on Instagram. \nNicotine Dolls have released a series of self-penned and produced singles and EPs\, along with their 2025 debut LP “an Attempt at Romantic.” The band have been hailed by SPIN for their “vulnerability and determination\,” calling Cieri a “charismatic\, gravelly-throated powerhouse with the rasp of Bruce Springsteen and the emotion of Lewis Capaldi.”

SUMMARY:Violet Grohl
DESCRIPTION:A native of Los Angeles\, Violet Grohl has been immersed in music from her earliest days. Whether singing along to Beatles vinyl alone in her bedroom\, writing her first song at the age of 12 or gracing real world stages big and small\, Violet has always been focused on increasing her musical palette and vocabulary. She’s a true student of the art form\, whose notebooks are stuffed with poetry and influences that bend genres. In 2024\, Violet met producer Justin Raisen (Charli xcx\, Kim Gordon) and went on an unexpected (and unexpectedly prolific) ride to collaborate on the music featured on her debut album\, “Be Sweet To Me\,” out globally on May 29th.

SUMMARY:Brian Horgan
DESCRIPTION:Singer-songwriter Brian Horgan hails from Enniscorthy\, the town of Colm Tobin\, Vinegar Hill\, Eileen Grey and Annie Jameson (mother to the inventor of the radio; Marconi) the River Slaney and the 10th Century historic Norman castle. \nBrian’s debut album ‘Start Again’ is rooted in the place where he grew up. He’s taught English in Europe\, worked as the Development Director in Dublin’s Abbey Theatre and has been involved in Music/Theatre/Arts all around the globe. He is also CX Director at the CX Academy and owner of Horgan Consultancy. \nHe’s home again\, for now. Not quite starting again but taking a step back and reflecting. Releasing the album he always thought he could\, and should. His songwriting and music are instinctive and well-received\, with people asking if he had anything on record? \nBrian’s passion is to sing\, to write\, to perform something unique. Something all his own. Personal\, most certainly\, but also connective and relatable. The thoughts and the sometimes travails of a lived experience. His listeners are in his songs. \nBrian’s played live with his band in sold-out shows at The Sugar Club\, No. 10 Ormond Quay\, Smock Alley\, Bewleys Café Theatre and The Abbey Theatre. Also in New York City as an invited guest performer of the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA). \nHe’s no ‘Small Voice’\, he isn’t a balladeer in the corner of your local. Not your typical ‘Singer/Songwriter’ in the typical fashion. (Much as we all love that…) There’s a bit more to Brian Horgan. He’s taken this long to create ‘Start Again’\, thought a great deal about it. He’s where it has led him and we’re invited along. \nBrian Horgan says\, “It is all simply a journey of love and experience even (or especially) in its difficult moments”.

SUMMARY:Tigercub
DESCRIPTION:UK rock trio Tigercub have quickly become one of modern rock’s most forward-thinking bands\, known for massive riffs\, cinematic songwriting\, and explosive live shows. Fronted by guitarist/vocalist Jamie Hall with bassist Jimi Wheelwright and drummer James Allix\, they’ve built a global following through relentless touring with Royal Blood\, Highly Suspect\, Porno For Pyros\, Clutch\, and appearances at Reading & Leeds Festivals. \nFollowing the critical acclaim of 2023’s The Perfume of Decay\, Tigercub return with their fourth LP\, Nets to Catch the Wind\, produced by Tom Dalgety via Loosegroove Records (cofounded by Stone Gossard). Blending the ambition of Muse and Queens of the Stone Age with their own dark\, dynamic sound\, Tigercub continue to push contemporary rock forward. \nJamie Hall was staring out the window\, letting his mind wander\, when a phrase landed in his imagination: ‘Nets to Catch the Wind.’ It was fleeting\, almost accidental\, but it resonated. It sounded expansive\, cinematic\, and full of possibility. It sounded like Tigercub. \n‘The Perfume of Decay was our midnight confession\,’ Hall reflects. ‘A gothic\, heavy-metal record steeped in anxiety and noise. Nets To Catch The Wind is the dawn that follows\, the white-light record set in the space between dreaming and waking. We built whole worlds out of darkness\, and this record is about learning to live in the light even when you know it will not last.’ \nRecorded over nine days at the legendary Rockfield Studios in Wales\, where Queen\, Rush\, and Oasis famously wrote records\, Nets To Catch The Wind captures Tigercub at their most cinematic and unrestrained. Many core takes were tracked live\, preserving the raw chemistry of the Brighton trio\, Jamie Hall on vocals and guitar\, Jimi Wheelwright on bass\, and James Allix on drums\, resulting in an album that is both immediate and transcendent. Produced by Tom Dalgety\, known for his work with Royal Blood\, Ghost\, and Pixies\, the record pushes the band into expansive\, textured territory\, exploring dynamics\, space\, and emotion in new ways.

SUMMARY:Kerbdog
DESCRIPTION:Hailing from Kilkenny\, the legendary band Kerbdog\, which include – Cormac Battle (guitar/vocals)\, Colin Fennelly (bass)\, Billy Dalton (guitar) and Darragh Butler (drums)\, are excited to bring news to their loyal fans.\nTo celebrate 30 years of On The Turn\, they will play the album in it’s entirety\, for one night only\, at the iconic 3Olympia Theatre\, Dublin on Saturday 31st October 2026.\nTickets priced from €32.50 including booking fee & €1.50 restoration levy on sale now with Ticketmaster Ireland \n“For reasons that allude me\, 2025 has been a very busy year for Kerbdog on the live front (Forest Fest\, touring with Kaiser Chiefs and Reef to name a few)\, so it’s time to take a break from it all…… However\, with our album “On The Turn” heading towards 30 years in existence (We’re in mega denial about this fact) we’ve decided to do a live rendition of the entire record\, but just a once only in Ireland\, on Saturday 31st Oct 2026 at Dublin’s beautiful 3Olympia Theatre. \nWe’ll be playing tracks that were rarely if ever played live\, so there’s proper homework to be done!!!!. Naturally\, we’ll be doing the other “hits” too and other surprises you’ll hear about in due course. We hope that you can come and join us for this occasion from wherever you may dwell\, it’ll be a very special night in very special place. Cormac x” \nAbout Kerbdog\nKerbdog rapidly rose to fame in the mid-90s with and were set to rock the world with their eardrum battering melodies which were a clash of indie and metal. Battle’s songwriting nous married with simple\, dropped D riffs with a pop sensibility had A&R managers from around the world seeking to sign the band. They relocated to London and signed with Mercury Records and the four decamped in the legendary Rockfield Studios in Wales to record their debut album with Jack Endino\, the producer responsible for Nirvana’s debut Bleach.  \n“We were fans of that album\, but we enlisted him after we’d heard what he’d done on Push\, an album by a little-known Seattle band called Gruntruck\,” says Battle. “We went to the studio where Queen did Bohemian Rhapsody and worked very hard on the album and put in the hours. Brazilian metal titans Sepultura were recording there at the same time and we could hear their album Chaos AD coming together. I think some of what they were doing seeped into what we were doing. It made the record heavier and chunkier than we intended\, but we were happy with the results.” \nTheir 1993 eponymous debut was impressive enough and spawned four singles\, hitting a sweet spot in a Venn diagram marked metal and grunge. Their follow-up\, On The Turn\, saw the band truly find their feet\, and they spent the full summer of 1995 in Los Angeles in the legendary Sound City Studios and A&M Studios working hard to craft their next set of hit singles with producer Garth Richardson (Rage Against The Machine). \nUnfortunately\, Kerbdog were unlucky with timing and after an unbelievable summer in LA and a potential hit record waiting to be released\, their return to Ireland saw fate conspire against them. Their album was delayed and when it was released in 1997\, mainstream music press’ attention had moved on from alternative rock to Britpop. Their momentum was lost and effectively changed the trajectory of the band which struggled to fill venues and resulted in the then trio parting ways. “To cut a very long story short\, On The Turn was the right album at the wrong time\,” says Battle.  \nKerbdog’s loyal fans however have kept the faith over the decades and fans of alternative rock who had bought their albums\, raved about their music with an evangelistic vigour. The band became a cult concern years after the fact\, thanks largely to On The Turn. Although the band split in 1998\, they reunited in the mid-2000s for several live shows which resulted in the 2014 live album Congregation…and their story continues…….

DESCRIPTION:Indie-rock legends Ocean Colour Scene have announced a major Irish and UK tour for 2026\, celebrating the 30th anniversary of their classic album Moseley Shoals. \n\n\nReleased in April 1996\, at the height of the Britpop era\, Moseley Shoals was Ocean Colour Scene’s second album and immediately became a huge success. \nReaching number 2 on the UK Albums Chart\, Moseley Shoals featured the massive hit singles ‘The Riverboat Song’\, ‘You’ve Got It Bad’\, ‘The Day We Caught The Train’ and ‘The Circle’ and was certified as triple-platinum after spending an incredible 92 weeks on the chart. \nIn August that year\, Oasis invited Ocean Colour Scene to be their special guests at one of their historic concerts held at Knebworth. Performing a blistering set in front 125\,000 people\, Ocean Colour Scene firmly cemented their status as one of Britain’s biggest bands. \nFor the Moseley Shoals 30th anniversary tour\, in addition to playing all the highlights from Moseley Shoals\, Ocean Colour Scene will play a career-spanning set to include all their other hits and fan favourites\, such as ‘Hundred Mile High City’\, ‘Travellers Tune’\, ‘Better Day and ‘Profit In Peace’\, amongst many others. \nOcean Colour Scene’s lead singer Simon Fowler said\, “It’s hard to believe that Moseley Shoals turns 30 in 2026. We owe so much to that album\, so it’s exciting to be able to look forward this very special anniversary and celebrate with our amazing fans at some of the UK’s most prestigious venues.” \nGuitarist Steve Cradock said\, “As a thirty-year celebration of Moseley Shoals\, we will be playing many of the songs from this great album. They will be part of a set and show that will be special\, and a peak for us as a group. Thanks for the support. See you all in 2026.” \nDrummer Oscar Harrison said\, “Our 2026 UK tour is something we are going to celebrate in a very big way. As with our sold-out tour this year\, these dates will be all the more special for having my boy Leon on percussion and Steve’s son\, Cass\, on keys and guitar\, enabling us to deliver the full Ocean Colour Scene sound for our fans. This one’s for them.”      \nOcean Colour Scene’s manager Alan McGee added\, “Ocean Colour Scene released Moseley Shoals at the epicentre of an incredible time for music: 1996. When I was asked to manage them four years ago we set out on a journey to celebrate their unique sound and deliver it back to the masses. This tour is their biggest in 30 years and puts them in their rightful place as one of the truly great bands their generation.” \nFormed in Birmingham in 1989\, Ocean Colour Scene began crafting songs in the spirit of the soul\, folk and blues greats who inspired them\, with words and melodies that would soon chime with the hearts and minds of the group’s fiercely loyal fanbase. \nAfter a few years honing their sound\, Ocean Colour Scene became a household name with the release of Moseley Shoals\, which was quickly followed by the Top 10 albums Marchin’ Already (1997)\, One From The Modern (1999) and Mechanical Drift (2001). \nEnjoying an incredible run of seventeen Top 40 singles – which included nine successive Top 20 singles – Ocean Colour Scene are not only one of the UK’s most successful groups\, they are also renowned as one of the country’s very best live bands.

SUMMARY:McGrath
DESCRIPTION:Following the striking introduction of debut single “Rotha”\, McGrath continues to establish himself as one of Ireland’s most distinctive emerging voices\, pairing vivid storytelling with sharp wit\, emotional honesty\, and a singular vocal presence. \nOriginally from Donegal and now based in Belfast\, McGrath was first discovered performing in a local pub\, where his commanding voice and sharply observed songwriting quickly turned heads. \nSinging songs about drinking stout with his father\, the arrival of the horsemen of the apocalypse\, and the endless turns of “Rotha Mór an tSaoil” (‘The Great Wheel of Life’)\, McGrath balances humour\, melancholy\, and poetic insight in equal measure. \nHis voice and sharp-witted lyricism caught the attention of George Ezra\, who invited him to open for him in 2025\, while a coveted slot at Dublin’s renowned Ruby Sessions further cemented his reputation as a compelling live performer. With festival appearances across Paris\, Manchester and London\, and more new music planned throughout 2026\, McGrath is steadily building momentum as one of Ireland’s most intriguing new songwriting voices. \n\n\n\n

SUMMARY:LEAP @ The Grand Social
DESCRIPTION:The LEAP story is one of redemption\, salvation\, and remarkably fine margins. A rollercoaster ride through major label sugar-pills and Hollywood dreams\, and back from the brink of despair through some of the darkest extremes that life can conjure. From the padded walls of Balcarres Hospital’s psychiatric ward\, to family suicide\, LEAP have somehow come out the other side into a beautiful world of communal rock and roll therapy. \nAfter signing to Capitol and Sony Records with his previous project\, lead-singer Jack Scott got a taste of the limelight\, both sweet and sour. The false highs of an unsustainable platform soon gave way to unbearable lows\, and living with bi-polar disorder\, Jacky descended into an extended manic episode. Following countless run-ins with the police and ambulance services\, Jacky was eventually sectioned in a psychiatric institution. Sedated and incarcerated for months\, he was later released to the news that his project had been dropped by all labels\, management and publisher. Empty months of deep depression followed\, before his father committed suicide in Edinburgh\, plunging Jacky further into unimaginable depths of mental trauma. \nIt is in the midst of this existential black hole that the LEAP seed starts growing. One of the most electrifying\, natural-born entertainers in music\, Jacky was never going to do anything else. He owns it with refreshing clarity: ‘Oh I’d be completely numb without LEAP. Or dead. One of the two. I know that for a fact.’ \nThe name had come from his father. Don’t flinch. Whatever it is\, face it head on. LEAP. And so Jacky started writing. Drowning out the incessant mental abuse with poignant lyrics over anthemic instrumentals\, it was all he could do to stay sane. As this cathartic process continued\, Jacky recruited his 2 closest friends on rhythm section. \nBorn days apart in the same hospital\, Hector Cottam on drums has been Jacky’s best friend since they were infants. A bisexual Buddhist\, Heccy has been at Jack’s side through all the hurt\, and he adds a welcome sense of stability to Jacky’s volatility. Trained at The Drummer’s Collective in NYC\, Heccy is a human metronome who idolises rock giants like QOTSA and Jack White. \nOn bass\, from Johannesburg\, South Africa\, the life of every party\, Mr Declan Brown. A man so deeply consumed by the sheer enjoyment of performing that he regularly forgets to play his parts. Too busy cackling with someone in the front row\, Deccy is the class clown and one of the warmest\, purest souls you’ll ever meet. \nThe final piece of the puzzle\, landing straight from Zelda’s Hyrule\, Adam ‘The Pixie’ Mason on lead guitar. Initially recruited through friends of friends\, his impact was instant. And not just on the musical side. Baby Mason fit like a pocket-sized glove into the LEAP equation\, and he immediately quit the other 5 bands he was session-ing with at the time.

SUMMARY:Big Sleep
DESCRIPTION:Big Sleep are a Dublin-based rock band making their name the old-fashioned way; through tireless gigging and a shared passion for live performance. From underground tunnel shows beneath the M50 to sold-out European tours\, their journey is one of instinct\, connection\, and constant evolution. Formed by lead vocalist Rónán Connolly and Italian drummer Matteo Poli\, the band later solidified with bassist Aidan Gray and guitarist Naiara Clarke LaFuente\, who joined after a chance encounter involving an illegal rave\, a forest\, and a homemade stage. Their debut album ‘Holy Show’ is a conceptually rich and emotionally vulnerable collection that explores love\, loss\, and identity. In Ireland\, a “holy show” refers to a messy situation\, and each of the album’s ten tracks delves into its own emotional chaos. \n  \n

SUMMARY:South Arcade
DESCRIPTION:Like crossing live wires\, South Arcade generate pure electricity by plugging pop-punk\, rock\, nu-metal\, and alternative into an eclectic and ecstatic hybrid without comparison. Selling out shows worldwide and stacking up over 150 million streams\, the Oxford\, UK quartet Harmony Cavelle [vocals]\, Harry Winks [guitar]\, Cody Jones [drums]\, and Ollie Green [bass]—have vaulted to the doorstep of global stardom powered by hyper-charged performances and the kind of generational bangers that could light up TikTok or Warped Tour and OZZfest in the same weekend. \nAs the story goes\, childhood friends Harmony and Harry grew up together and performed in a succession of groups. While attending university\, they posted an ad in search of kindred spirits interested in conjuring a sound akin to “Royal Blood meets Charli xcx.” Cody and Ollie would dutifully heed the call\, locking South Arcade’s lineup in place during 2022. A diligent grind saw them gain traction with the singles like “DANGER” and “Nepo Baby\,” paving the way for the standout 2005 EP in 2024\, which boasted a trio of hits that have each eclipsed 20M streams and counting in “HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER” (20M+)\, “stone cold summer” (24M+)\, and title track “2005” (26M+). The band only increased their momentum with a string of high energy singles (“Supermodels\,” “FEAR OF HEIGHTS\,” and “Drive Myself Home”) released individually throughout 2025 before being gathered together alongside brand new tracks “Bleed Out” and the surprisingly intimate “Blood Runs Warm” on their PLAY EP at the end of the year. \nOn both sides of the pond\, unanimous tastemaker praise has followed in the collective’s wake. Alternative Press pegged them among “26 of the most exciting rising artists to watch in 2026\,” going on to christen them “a formidable facet of the future pop-punk landscape.” Beyond a popular Audiotree Live performance and love from BBC Radio 1\, KERRANG! assured\, “given their status as a band on the tip of many tongues – that more capacious rooms beckon\,” and DORK marvelled at how\, “South Arcade are already speeding through the boss levels.” They’ve already sold out tours on multiple continents – including their first ever North American headline run last fall – and have a packed 2026 ahead of them: supporting 5 Seconds of Summer on their arena tour in the UK and Europe this spring; hitting festival stages at Download and TRSMT\, and returning stateside for Summer School ‘26 and the Vans Warped Tour.
