SUMMARY:Foggy Notions Presents the Kitty Craft
DESCRIPTION:Kitty Craft is Pamela Valfer. \nDebuting in 1994 with the S/T cassette release on the Australian\,Toytown label\, and IT’S STUPID EP 7″ in 1995\, Pam’s sound was originally a low-tech affair. 1997’s I GOT RULEZ EP 7” expanded her sound with keys & sampler\, leading to 1998 release of BEATS & BREAKS ROM THE FLOWER PATCH. In 2000\, her 2nd full-length album\, CATSKILLS. Both albums had Japanese tours and Japanese CD releases. \nAround 2003/2004 after the completion of her 3rd Album… Pam dropped the mic\, hung up her headphones\, and put kitty craft into hibernation. The album was put down\, filed away\, and no plans to be heard. Pam then focused on her visual and multimedia art\, and career as an art professor. \nIn 2019\, kitty craft woke from hibernation and quietly without fanfare\, released “Beats and Breaks from the Flower Patch” and “Catskills” on all\nstreaming & digital platforms. Followed soon after by “Lost Tapes”\, a gem of an album\, comprised exclusively of the previously unreleased\nsongs recorded as a full album in 2003. \nIn some kind of pandemic zeitgeist\, along with stuff like Lofi Girl/ChilledCow\, a 90’s aesthetic resurgence\, and the popularity of new and old vinyl records – kitty craft has been adopted by a whole new group of digital natives. Amazing and unexpected. \nValentine’s Day 2022 brought us kitty craft’s first full-length LP vinyl record… MEW (1994-2004)\, an anthology album with tracks spanning all\nher eras… MEW\, shows an artist with a clear vision from the start. \nSince then – the Kitty Craft discography has been re-issued in expanded/deluxe CD and vinyl editions. And some cassettes too! \nIn November of 2024\, Los Angeles – Pam played her first show in 20+ years to an incredible response. Now 2025 and touring in earnest\, Kitty\nCraft’s new young fans have created a wonderful and welcoming scene. You should come say hi.

SUMMARY:CHRIS BRAIN
DESCRIPTION:Chris Brain is a Yorkshire-based folk singer-songwriter whose work sits firmly in the British pastoral tradition\, shaped by close attention to place\, memory and emotional nuance. His fourth album\, Red Sun Rising (2026)\, is a quietly powerful collection of songs centred on yearning\, restlessness and the desire for change \nRooted in acoustic textures and intimate storytelling\, Red Sun Rising feels like a record made in motion: landscapes shifting\, seasons turning\, inner lives gently unsettled. Brain’s songwriting balances melody and restraint. \nA familiar voice on BBC Radio 6 Music and the BBC Radio 2 Folk Show\, Chris Brain has toured extensively across the UK and internationally\, including a seven-date sold-out tour of Japan. In 2026\, he returns with a UK & Ireland tour to accompany the release of Red Sun Rising. \n“There are shades of the master Ralph McTell here and I can think of no greater compliment than that\, I love It” – Mark Radcliffe\, BBC 2 Folk Show

SUMMARY:Foggy Notions presents Nerves
DESCRIPTION:Nerves return with their first new music of 2026 in the form of “N26”\, a sharp\, anxious blast that captures the band at their most immediate and confrontational. \nOriginally formed in County Mayo and now based in Dublin\, Nerves have steadily built a reputation as one of Ireland’s most uncompromising live acts. Their shows feel less like performances and more like pressure points\, all volume\, tension and release\, earning them tours alongside some of the buzziest new names in the circuit\, Maruja and Gurriers\, as well as shows with noise-rock royalty\, The Jesus Lizard. That word of mouth has been matched by growing critical support from Kerrang!\, The Line of Best Fit\, CLASH\, Cvlt Nation\, Louder Than War\, Hot Press\, Rough Trade\, Metal Sucks and vairous playback across BBC Radio 6. \nTheir 2025 EP Iarmhaireacht marked a turning point. A record rooted in atmosphere and narrative as much as abrasion\, it traced a line between rural memory and present day unease\, pairing archival textures with tightly wound\, industrial-leaning arrangements. It introduced a broader emotional range to the band’s sound without sacrificing any of its force\, and positioned \nNerves as something more expansive than a noise rock outlier. \n“N26” feels like a direct continuation of that trajectory\, but with the dial pushed further into the red. Produced once again by Daniel Fox of Gilla Band\, the track condenses their approach into three relentless minutes. There are traces of techno in its pulse\, but it lands with the blunt impact of noise rock\, drawing a line between the mechanical and the visceral. \nLyrically\, the song confronts the slow erosion of rural Irish towns\, where opportunity thins out and younger generations are left in suspension. It is a theme that ran beneath Iarmhaireacht\, but here it is brought into sharper focus\, less abstract\, more accusatory. The result is a track that feels both personal and systemic\, urgent without losing its sense of place. \nWith more new music expected across 2026\, “N26” arrives as a clear opening statement. On stage\, that momentum is already underway\, including a headline appearance at the tenth anniversary of Supersonic Festival\, signalling a year that looks set to push the band further beyond the margins they first emerged from.

She received unanimous praise from audiences worldwide and rave reviews from critics hailing her memorable performance as “victorious.” She is set to return as host of the 83rd Golden Globe® Awards on January 11\, 2026. \n\n\nStrictly Over 16’s Only \nFor nearly two decades at sold-out tours\, and as the host of three hit podcasts\, Emmy®\, Grammy® and Golden Globe®-nominated Nikki Glaser has honed her shockingly honest\, no-holds barred style\, solidifying herself as one of the funniest voices in comedy today. On January 5\, 2025\, Glaser made history as the first woman to host the Golden Globe® Awards solo. She received unanimous praise from audiences worldwide and rave reviews from critics hailing her memorable performance as “victorious.” She is set to return as host of the 83rd Golden Globe® Awards on January 11\, 2026. This October\, in front of a sold-out crowd at the Fabulous Fox Theatre in her hometown of St. Louis\, Missouri\, Nikki taped her newest hour-long comedy special for Hulu\, set to premiere in 2026. A few weeks later on November 8 she made her SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE hosting debut with musical guest Sombr. \n2024 was a career redefining year for Glaser\, culminating with being named “Comedian of the Year” by The New York Times and one of the TIME100: The Most Influential People of 2025. In film\, Nikki has a slate of highly anticipated projects on the horizon. Next\, she will star\, alongside Kim Kardashian\, in Eva Longoria’s Netflix comedy THE FIFTH WHEEL written by Paula Pell and Janine Brito. She will also co-write\, produce and star in an original comedy inspired by the classic game MASH for Paramount Pictures. This SLIDING DOORS-style comedy follows a woman whose childhood MASH game magically becomes reality\, and she discovers that the perfect life isn’t the one she imagined. Additionally\, she will star in\, co-write and produce a new romantic comedy for Universal Pictures with Judd Apatow producing. \nFollowing the success of her Critics Choice Award-nominated HBO standup special\, GOOD CLEAN FILTH in 2022\, Glaser’s highly anticipated second HBO comedy special\, SOMEDAY YOU’LL DIE premiered in May 2024 to a record-breaking audience. It set the record for both the best premiere night for an HBO comedy special in more than two years and for the #1 largest streaming audience for a Comedy Special in HBO Max/Max history. Glaser was nominated for an Emmy® Award for “Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded)\,” a Grammy® Award for “Best Comedy Album\,” a Golden Globe® Award for “Best Performance in a Stand-Up Comedy on Television\,” a Critics Choice Award for “Best Comedy Special” and a WGA Award for “Comedy/Variety Special\,” which she won. Glaser also wrote and performed “Someday You’ll Die” the special’s theme song that is available on all streaming platforms. The single was recorded in Glaser’s hometown of St. Louis with producers Dan Monahan and Tim Convy. Released by Bailey Blues in partnership with Redbird Records\, the track shows a different side of Glaser\, but fans of her comedy will recognize her trademark wit and authenticity throughout the lyrics. \nGlaser was also the undeniable standout on Netflix’s Emmy®-nominated THE GREATEST ROAST OF ALL TIME: TOM BRADY which earned her viral attention and reinstated her title as “the best roaster on the planet” according to Indiewire. The roast aired live and unedited on Netflix from the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on May 5\, 2024. Glaser can currently be seen on her ALIVE AND UNWELL tour across the US\, Canada and Australia through October 2025\, after wrapping her global THE GOOD GIRL tour in 2024. \nFrom March 2021 to March 2025\, Glaser hosted THE NIKKI GLASER PODCAST for iHeartMedia and Will Ferrell’s Big Money Players Network\, where she provided a fun and brutally honest look into pop-culture and her personal life in weekly episodes.  THE NIKKI GLASER PODCAST was nominated for “Best Comedy” by the 2025 iHeart Podcast Awards. \nNikki hosts and executive produces LOVERS AND LIARS (formerly FGIRL ISLAND)\, which premiered on the CW on April 11\, 2024. LOVERS AND LIARS is the female spinoff of the hit HBO Max reality dating series FBOY ISLAND\, which Nikki hosted and executive produced for three seasons. The Washington Post hailed FBOY ISLAND as “deliciously twisty” and TIME called it a “compelling and clever masterpiece” with “smart execution” noting that\, “An advisor to the women and a gentle antagonist to the FBoys\, Glaser\, a comedian\, brings just the right level of self-aware humor.” Season one of FBOY ISLAND had the biggest premiere weekend for an HBO Max Original reality series since the platform’s launch. \nNikki took her love of reality TV to the next level by starring in\, and executive producing\, the E! half-hour reality sitcom WELCOME HOME NIKKI GLASER? Uprooted from her fast-paced Hollywood lifestyle\, Nikki returns to her hometown of St. Louis where she embarks on a hilarious and often uncomfortable journey of self-discovery. Unfiltered\, relatable\, and unapologetically herself\, Nikki navigates friends\, family\, and romance as a homegrown local celebrity. Previously\, Nikki flexed her over-sharing muscle as the host of Comedy Central’s first live daily morning show\, YOU UP WITH NIKKI GLASER for SiriusXM\, which ran from February 2018 to October 2020. Nikki’s most recent Netflix comedy special\, BANGIN’\, was released in October 2019. BANGIN’ was the most watched special on Netflix when it premiered. Nikki hosted\, co-created and executive produced the critically acclaimed and daring comedic show\, NOT SAFE WITH NIKKI GLASER\, for Comedy Central and NIKKI & SARA LIVE for MTV. \nNikki was a standout on three Comedy Central Roasts\, including those of Bruce Willis and Rob Lowe\, which led to her guest-hosting JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE! and hosting the inaugural edition of the 2021 MTV MOVIE & TV AWARDS: UNSCRIPTED\, which earned her stellar reviews.  She also had memorable film and television roles in Judd Apatow’s TRAINWRECK\, NBC’s AP BIO and INSIDE AMY SCHUMER\, amongst others. In November 2022 Nikki was a triumph coming in third place on the ninth season of the hit FOX series THE MASKED SINGER. \nNikki has multiple stand-up specials and late-night tv appearances in which she jokes about her most humiliating moments as a woman in the modern world. Nikki’s past and current struggles with anorexia\, depression\, and anxiety are fair game in both her stand-up\, and in-depth interviews with THE HOWARD STERN SHOW\, WTF with MARC MARON\, CONAN O ́BRIEN NEEDS A FRIEND and THE JOE ROGAN EXPERIENCE. She has become a complete open book on mic for the laughs and as the empowering voice for women that she yearned for as a confused adolescent.

SUMMARY:NSOI: Philip Glass Explored with Russell Davies & Kidjo
DESCRIPTION:National Symphony Orchestra Ireland\nDennis Russell Davies\, conductor\nAngélique Kidjo\, voice \nPhilip Glass\nPrelude and Dance (‘The City’) from Akhnaten  (Irish Premiere)\nIfè Songs  (Irish Premiere)\nSymphony No. 8  (Irish Premiere) \nNational Symphony Orchestra Ireland’s two-concert focus on Philip Glass begins with the composer’s most authoritative interpreter\, conductor Dennis Russell Davies\, and dynamic\, charismatic force of nature with a show-stopping voice\, Angélique Kidjo. \nHailed ‘Africa’s premier diva’ and one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine\, the multi-Grammy Award-winning Kidjo’s groundbreaking career has made her one of the most recognisable\, exciting and influential African artists of her generation. \nGlass’s own website declares ‘perhaps no person is closer to Philip Glass’s music-making than conductor Dennis Russell Davies’ who has premiered more of the composer’s works than any other conductor. \nThree Irish premieres include two passages from the landmark opera\, Akhnaten: the mesmerising Prelude and mounting intensity of Dance (‘The City’.) \nBased on African creation poems\, the Ifè Songs were composed for Angélique Kidjo and are sung in her native Yoruba. Named after a legendary kingdom\, each of the three songs evoke deities in colourful\, rhythmically complex music that fuses together Glass’s signature minimalist techniques with the inflections and phrasing of Yoruba chant and song. \nThe expansive Symphony No. 8 treats orchestral sections to virtuoso writing in three contrasting movements as daring as they are beautiful. The first\, weaving eight different themes into a compelling tapestry of colour and sound\, echoes Haydn and Beethoven; the second blends beauty and melancholy in compelling variations; the third dissolves into ‘deepening twilight and unending night’ (New Yorker). \nPresented by NCH

SUMMARY:ZACK KEIM\, DAVID SHANE & KENAN FLANNERY
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an intimate evening of raw music and viral storytelling as American singer-songwriter Zack Keim and filmmaker David Shane make their highly anticipated Irish debut. Hailing from Pittsburgh and fresh off a four-year run touring the US and Europe\, Zack Keim brings the soulful indie-folk melodies of his new album\, Battery Lane (released via CAAMP’s label). Described by Shindig! Magazine as a blend of Lou Reed’s pop hooks and a singular\, plaintive voice\, Keim’s performance is a masterclass in the art of starting over. \nSharing the stage is David Shane\, the visionary behind the viral More Love Projects\, a movement built on human connection that has generated over 500 million views worldwide. For this tour\, Shane steps away from the screen to bring his stories of vulnerability and love into a live music setting where songs and narratives meet. Opening the night is Dublin’s own Kenan Flannery\, who carries the torch of the Irish ballad tradition into the modern day. Drawing deep influence from his upbringing in traditional storytelling\, Kenan weaves haunting narratives and honest lyrics that bridge the gap between old-world heritage and contemporary folk. Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind night where the best of indie-pop hooks meets the quiet\, human moments that connect us all.

SUMMARY:Dream\, Ivory
DESCRIPTION:Dream\, Ivory: brothers Christian and Louie Baello grew up in Southern California\, where “the Baello brothers were each other’s universe.” Christian handles production while Louie serves as the primary lyricist and vocalist\, but every song they make is a true collaboration. Beyond the music\, together\, they make all of Dream\, Ivory’s artwork\, videos\, and visuals. \nInspired by shoegaze\, surf rock\, and artists like Damon Albarn\, the duo quickly built an organic online following. SUMMARY:LANY
DESCRIPTION:LA-based duo LANY have announced their Soft World tour will land in Dublin at 3Olympia Theatre on Thursday 4th June 2026. \n\n\nPaul Klein (lead-singer & songwriter) had just finished a workout at his local gym last summer when his and LANY’s world was (for a brief moment\, quite literally) flipped upside down. Only a couple miles from where he lives in Hollywood\, he hopped on his vespa scooter to head home and a minute later was crossing an intersection when a car appeared from nowhere. He squeezed the brakes\, braced for impact and at the last second “let go”. He woke up in an ambulance. \n“The first thought I had when I woke up was that God loves me. That I’m still here for a reason and I have a purpose.” He doesn’t know how much time passed on the pavement. He doesn’t know who called the ambulance. He doesn’t know how long it took them to arrive. He does know how fortunate he is to be alive. “I’m so grateful to be alive\, but I hope there are some parts of me that died on the road that day\,” he says. “I was holding onto some things that I didn’t need to be. Resentment. Unforgiveness. I was becoming pretty bitter and callous — hard of heart.” \nIt’s poetic then that the band’s new album\, titled “Soft”\, addresses his attempts to fight against that internal hardness — to stay soft of the inside\, while simultaneously fighting to rehabilitate an even stronger\, harder exterior to protect that same vulnerability and softness within. \nThe LA-based duo (comprised of Klein and his bandmate/ best friend Jake Goss) were less than two weeks away from the Australian leg of their “a beautiful blur” world tour when the accident happened. Having already finished the European\, North American and Latin American legs\, the band were spending the first weeks of summer at home\, recharging before getting back on the road. Nobody could’ve imagined how quickly everything would change. What is perhaps more conceivable is how catalyzing a moments like this would be for Klein\, both personally and creatively. Thematically and visually “Soft” exists in tension — an intentional contrast of the hard and soft. Tangible\, literal\, physical hardness juxtaposed with metaphorical\, relational (and\, at times too\, physical) softness. The cover itself depicts the perfect visual of that dichotomy: a lamb\, representative of one’s own softness\, in the wounded and bandaged arms of the one that has fought for and protected it. “It’s so easy to let the challenges of the world harden you\,” Klein says. “The hardest thing to do is to fight against it — to stay soft. To protect your softness and the things that you love.” \nSonically\, the album explores these same tensions — much of the softness and vulnerability of lyric that has defined LANY’s acclaimed career\, now with a harder\, braver edge to the production. Where familiar listeners might’ve expected to encounter some more predictable or safer choices\, LANY has seriously matured and evolved. The soft piano ballads west-coast-indie guitars and bedroom pop sonics that LANY helped create and popularize aren’t entirely abandoned\, but their sound and Klein’s writing has expanded. The list of brave choices on “Soft” begins with Klein’s willingness to start writing mere weeks after waking up in the ambulance. It continues with the band’s decision to produce the album entirely with Tommy King\, who has a more abstract\, indie production background / history (Bon Iver\, Dijon\, Vampire Weekend\, Haim) and ends with a sonic-identity that is simultaneously incredibly fresh and peculiarly familiar (another dichotomy that defines the record and has come to define the band). \nNowhere is this seen more than lead-single “Know You Naked”. Lyrically a vulnerable love-letter\, highlighted by Klein’s vocal range and thoughtful extra touches; the tension and contrast is found in an almost-industrial\, dissonant guitar-intro (that continues to persist below the surface)\, harsh synth stabs\, punchy snare hits and momentary “glitchy” static-like sounds. There’s also a particular moment on the album’s title track and opener “Soft” that sets the scene and prepares the audience for what’s ahead. It’s only one and a half minutes into the album\, but is the first time the initial “softness” of the record is broken and it kickstarts the record into life — a daring\, crystalizing early highlight. \nIn more than a few of the tracks\, the record could more aptly even be described as R&B. Maybe that’s where some of the familiarity stems from… The band’s origins and early works felt more “80s”\, but were always very R&B-adjacent. The song “Good Parts” feels like it drew inspiration from the “late-90’s / Y2K” in that way — you can just imagine a big-budget music video played 40x a day\, every day\, on MTV to accompany such an enormous track. This feeling is identified most strongly in the unstoppable album closer “Last Forever” though — an astonishingly raw and honest\, soul-bearing ballad that existing fans and new listeners will be desperate to have on loop (or\, dare-say\, to last forever). While it pushes sonic and thematic boundaries\, it still feels a lot like LANY\, treading that tightrope of tension the band thrive on. \nWith “Soft” dropping this Fall\, the band have spent the latter parts of 2024 and early 2025 relentlessly working on the record\, but have found time outside of the studio too. Earlier this year they played two special nights with The National Symphony Orchestra at The Kennedy Center in DC before headlining Seoul Jazz Festival in Korea in May. LANY have always brought so much of the energy from their live shows to their recorded works and it’s easy to see that influence on “Soft”. While the new record was incubated in the immediate aftermath of the accident — writing and production beginning within just a couple of weeks — the band were amazingly back on stage in Europe to finish their world tour just two months after the crash\, albeit with Klein on a crutch. \nThat tour canvased the globe; highlights of the 80+ show / 300\,000+ ticket run including a first-ever sold out stadium in Manila\, a second time headlining The Forum locally in LA\, and festival headline slots at the iconic Summer Sonic Festivals in Tokyo and Osaka. Nominated for “Best Pop Tour” by Pollstar\, the band’s energetic\, entrancing\, and ever-evolving live show continues to captivate fans on multiple continents.

SUMMARY:Tashi Dorji
DESCRIPTION:Last seen on these shores supporting Godspeed You Black Emperor! At the National Stadium in Dublin\, Tashi Dorji is a Bhutanese-born\, Asheville-based experimental guitarist whose fiercely intuitive improvisations have carved out a unique space in the contemporary avant-garde. His expansive discography includes deeply felt solo works like Stateless (2020) and we will be wherever the fires are lit (2024)\, and his forthcoming electric album low clouds hang\, this land is on fire (2026) on Drag City. Dorji is one half of Manas\, the dynamic duo with drummer Thom Nguyen\, and a founding member of the free jazz trio KUZU\, alongside saxophonist Dave Rempis and drummer Tyler Damon. His collaborators span a wide spectrum: from Mette Rasmussen\, Susie Ibarra\, Efrim Manuel Menuck\, Alex Zhang Hungtai\, John Dieterich\, Audrey Chen and Joe McPhee to more recent partnerships with Tony Buck\, Terrie Ex\, Andy Moor\, bassist John Edwards\, and drummer Steve Noble. Across his solo and group projects\, Dorji’s playing\, rooted in alternate tunings\, prepared guitar\, and spontaneous gesture\, articulates an aesthetic of resistance\, deep listening\, and collective transformation.

SUMMARY:The Aristocrats
DESCRIPTION:Over the past 12 years\, The Aristocrats – guitarist Guthrie Govan (Steven Wilson\, Hans Zimmer\, Asia/GPS)\, bassist Bryan Beller (Joe Satriani\, Steve Vai\, Dethklok)\, and drummer Marco Minnemann (Steven Wilson\, Joe Satriani\, Steve Hackett) – have established themselves as one of the most musically original\, refreshingly irreverent\, and astoundingly entertaining instrumental rock-fusion acts on the planet. Anyone who’s witnessed their live musical high-wire act – employing random amounts of rock\, jazz\, pop\, metal\, country\, and anything in between – feels the spirit of a true band\, one whose improvisational soul allows for anything to happen onstage at any moment…including the occasional Frank Zappa-influenced wink and nod at the audience. \nThe buzz from their supposedly one-off debut gig at the Anaheim NAMM show in 2011 led to The Aristocrats self-titled debut album. Tracked in just eight days\, The Aristocrats [2011] was hailed as an instant classic in leading music publications worldwide\, appearing on many of that year’s top ten lists. The Aristocrats then proceeded to make three more critically acclaimed studio albums over the next decade\, two of which landed in the Billboard Top 10 Jazz Chart. (Jazz? Ok\, sure.) Four world tours and three live albums later\, the band is known on five continents as a must-see whirlwind musical experience. \nIn the midst of breaking the lockdown seal with their worldwide 2022/2023 DEFROST TOUR\, the band produced their fifth and most ambitious studio work to date – a concept album. Duck is the story of a web-footed Antarctic island native fleeing a penguin policeman all the way to New York City…where considerable misadventure and danger await. Duck takes The Aristocrats’ collective artistry to a whole new mindblowing – albeit ridiculous – level.
