The evocative iconography of religion and complex feelings about his Catholic heritage fueled explorations of the arcane\, primal\, and often-destructive allure of belief. Sworn to a life of purpose through expression and convinced of the power of the outcast\, Andy weaponized his fears and fascinations\, culminating in the “birth” and ascension of Black Veil Brides. \nGuitarists Jake Pitts and Jinxx\, drummer Christian Coma\, bassist Lonny Eagleton\, and Biersack celebrated several milestones in recent years\, including massive shows in London and Mexico City. “Bleeders” was a Top 10 hit at Active Rock radio and a several-month-long mainstay on YouTube’s Hard Rock & Metal chart (which tracks both current and catalog music videos) in 2024 and 2025. \nThe group’s cinematic scope and unwavering commitment to self-expression strike a familiar chord with fellow “bleeders” who seek refuge (and revenge) in the power of dark themes and imagination. \nVINDICATE\, the band’s seventh album\, harnesses the blend of grandeur and intimacy at the heart of the band’s melodic\, metallic sound. Each song on the album explores belief and distinct expressions of revenge\, tracing a clear throughline across Black Veil Brides’ history anddistilling the emotional instincts that have defined every era into their most focused and resonant form. \n“Knives and Pens\,” an early demo set to music video\, has over 150 million views\, made before Andy met his band of brothers. Platinum anthem “In the End” further proved the band was built to last. \nKerrang! and Rock Sound repeatedly featured Black Veil Brides on their covers. In the United States\, Revolver counted Andy among the “100 Greatest Living Rock Stars.” Andy and BVB appeared on the cover of Alternative Press more times than any other artist in the magazine’s 40-plus-year run. \nJake Pitts (also an accomplished producer) and Jinxx (a classically trained violinist) joined the fold before the creation of BVB’s debut album\, 2010’s We Stitch These Wounds. The shredding guitar duo had played in an earlier band with charismatic drummer Christian Coma and knew he’d be a perfect fit for BVB. CC came aboard for their major-label debut and first Billboard Top 20 album\, Set the World on Fire\, an anthemic sophomore set that produced the gold-certified single “Fallen Angels.” \nThe sprawling\, conceptually driven\, metalcore milestone and No. 1 Rock album Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones was the first of several BVB albums to debut in the Top 10 in the U.S.\, and it entered the Top 20 in the UK. BVB’s muscular fourth album\, titled simply Black Veil Brides\, gave them another Top 10 debut. Vale (2018) topped Billboard’s Hard Rock chart and achieved significant success in Europe and Australia. When BVB’s bassist position opened in 2019\, Lonny Eagleton fit in seamlessly. “Scarlet Cross\,” from 2021’s pulpy concept album The Phantom Tomorrow\, became their highest-charting single\, reaching No. 8 on Mainstream Rock Radio. \nVINDICATE is the first new Black Veil Brides full-length produced by Pitts and Biersack\, exercising complete creative control while synthesizing the best of what they’ve learned from A-list producers. The album was mixed by Zakk Cervini (Bring Me The Horizon\, Evanescence\, Bad Omens). \nVINDICATE ushers in Black Veil Brides’ most visceral\, creative\, thrilling\, and uncompromising era yet\, as the band continues to defy expectations and misconceptions held by casual onlookers. Bookings subject to 12.5% service charge per ticket (max €10.50) \nAbout Whitechapel: Whitechapel\, who formed in Knoxville\, Tennessee\, in 2006\, has seen the core lineup—vocalist Phill Bozeman; guitarists Ben Savage\, Zach Householder and Alex Wade; bassist Gabe Crisp—intact since 2007\, with the exception of the drummer Brandon Zackey\, who has been playing with the band since 2022. While Hymns in Dissonance follows 2021’s Kin chronologically\, the new album is actually somewhat of a sequel to This is Exile thematically\, the three-word title Hymns in Dissonance representing that correlation. \nWhitechapel started writing for the new album at Householder’s studio in June of 2023\, following the band’s headlining tour for The Valley. Whitechapel stuck to a strict weekday schedule\, the structure allowing formaximum creativity and minimum burnout. Householder produced Hymns in Dissonance\, which allowed the musicians to seamlessly switch gears from preproduction to recording the full album without skipping a beat.The guitarist shadowed producer Mark Lewis a lot over the last five Whitechapel albums and bringing that influence inside the band is a “full circle moment for Householder and Whitechapel. “It’s cool that we can be self-sufficient and produce a record of this magnitude ourselves; not a lot of bands can say that.” \nLongtime fans will detect hints of the past within the brutality. To wit: the riff-tastic “Hate Cult Ritual” is the only song on the album with Drop A tuning\, the tuning the first three Whitechapel albums used. Additionally\, the Hymns in Dissonance chapter in Bozeman’s life finds the frontman living through his “past times\,” or as he states\, “the music that brought me here. Brutal\, dark\, aggressive\, heavy music. Death metal\, black metal\, speed metal\, etc. I truly believe that your roots call you back at some point in your life and this is that point in my life.” \nAt this stage in the game\, the name Whitechapel commands the ultimate respect. Already sitting on one of the most enviable catalogs in contemporary metal\, in 2019 they dropped The Valley\, highlighting a confident evolution in their sound and standing as a true landmark release that sets a new standard for the genre. With Bozeman exploring childhood trauma on 2019’s The Valley\, it was their darkest release to-date. Now the duo live up to that support as they share the new single ‘The Cafe’. \nForget about your bougie hipster breakfast destinations\, as Good Health Good Wealth instead take us into a classic old school cafe beloved by locals who have seemingly been attending since the dawn of time. As sausages sizzle and cutlery clanks\, it’s the setting for a break-up song with a difference: in this case\, a final summit that won’t deliver any closure for either party. Bruce Breakey’s distinct spoken word drawl breaks into a passionate\, soulful flow as the emotion of the story takes over\, while producer Simon Kuzmickas shows his versatility with sparse beats\, mournful slide guitar and a redemptive psych-rock finale. \nBruce says\, “A break-up only ever works\, at least from my experience\, if you cut it off completely. The odd catch-up back down your favourite cafe is never going to be that simple. This song is about navigating that tricky grey area between the initial break-up and the actual break-up. As comforting\, familiar or exciting it may be to meet up for a chat\, someone has to rip off the plaster eventually.” \nBoth ‘The Cafe’ and ‘Full Circle’ provide a taste of the relatable city snapshots and diverse sonics that permeate their upcoming EP. The pair have cited the likes of Ian Dury\, The Streets and Madness as influences\, and they’re all present in their observational songs. Yet this is music for 2025\, its stories replicated within walking distance of your front door and underpinned by touches of contemporary and ‘90s-tinged electronica. \nWhile Bruce is a lifelong east Londoner\, Simon was born 1300 miles away in Vilnius\, Lithuania and was raised on a diet of British culture. Perhaps English life wasn’t entirely how he imagined it to be\, but he very naturally fit in amongst the nation’s dry wit and almost comic pessimism. Naturally they met – where else? – in a pub. \nGood Health Good Wealth played their first international gig late last year when they hit Viva Sounds in Sweden.
