She rose to critical acclaim from her debut album First Prize Bravery\, which was an evocative depiction of young adulthood\, a time during which she ventured from home in Dublin to New York\, Los Angeles and back again. Her follow up album Smiling Like an Idiot cemented her status as one of Ireland’s most revered songwriters and saw her tour North America\, Europe and Australia\, both as a headliner and as a special guest for artists such as Snow Patrol\, Mitski and Dermot Kennedy. \nShe returns this September 2026 with her third album\, Draw The Outline. Made after relocating to West Kerry\, it’s her most intimate and reflective record to date – trading synth-led textures for acoustic guitar\, woodwinds\, saxophone\, Hammond organ and piano\, and turning her gaze inward. \nBrigid Mae Power (27th August)\n \nBrigid Mae Power’s music never quite settles on solid ground. The Irish singer-songwriter sits between past and present\, between traditional and modern forms\, between the heaven in her voice and the earthbound epiphanies of her words. There’s something distinctively Irish in her sound\, delivered with a freshness and emotional rawness that feels entirely her own. \nShe’s released three albums to date\, including her acclaimed 2022 record Head Above the Water\, which was Rough Trade’s Album of the Month and earned praise from Pitchfork\, Mojo\, Uncut\, The Guardian and The Irish Times. Her albums blend traditional folk and country into something that feels both personal and wide-reaching. \nHer most recent record\, Songs for You\, is a heartfelt collection of covers dedicated to her father\, reworking songs by Roy Orbison\, Tom Verlaine\, Neil Young and Cass McCombs into something minimal\, intimate and entirely her own. \nEfé (24th September)\n \nEFÉ is an Irish artist hailing from Dublin. EFÉ released her debut EP What Should We Do This Summer in October 2020 which was recorded in her bedroom with the help of her friends. Her music is a sunny slice of bedroom pop\, evoking images of blue skies on a summer’s day using shimmering synth pads and funky\, modulated guitar tones. EFÉ sets herself apart from other artists with the unique and playful groove that provides the grounding for her DIY style\, and definitely marks her as one to watch from the emerging Irish scene. Her music is effortlessly nostalgic\, pulling on indie-tinged memories of the late 1990s and early 2000s. \nAfter signing to US label Fader; home to artists such as Clairo – she leaned further into her rock influences for her most recent single releases in 2024\, Truth Truth\, 2000Seven and you say that I’m crazy\, lo-fi indie tracks that make space for guitars to soar. As she puts it\, “In earlier projects I was scared to go full force with the rock sound\, but this year I thought\, let me just do it.” \nSaoirse Miller (29th October)\n \nSaoirse Miller is a Dublin-based singer-songwriter and producer whose music is rooted in Irish folklore and mythology and a lifelong fascination with the otherworldly. Her sound – spanning experimental folk\, ambient textures and ethereal vocal production – is less about genre and more about world-building\, creating somewhere else entirely to disappear into. \nInfluenced by Florence and the Machine\, Grouper\, Lisa O’Neill and the poetry of W.B. Yeats\, Saoirse writes songs that transform personal feeling into something mythic. Her connection to place runs deep – her grandparents are from Mizen Head in West Cork\, and it’s a landscape she returns to again and again\, in her music as much as in life. \nHer debut EP\, Birds\, was written and produced entirely by Saoirse herself\, with each track designed to blend and interlude into the next as one continuous body of work. Mixed and mastered to tape by Karl Barnes\, Birds channels Irish traditional music and folklore through an electroacoustic lens\, resulting in a sound that feels both faded and familiar. \nAbout Laura Twagirayezu\nRwandan-born and Dublin-based\, Laura is a curator\, DJ and cultural connector whose work consistently brings depth and warmth to questions of music\, identity and community. Whether she’s hosting her own Lobby Lectures series\, curating listening events through her gallery UMUTI:MA\, or moving between Afrobeats\, Amapiano\, Soul and R&B in the DJ booth – she understands music as a lens. 6 Tracks is a natural home for that kind of conversation. \nAbout Sally Cinnamon\nSally Cinnamon is one of Dublin’s most well known DJs\, a fixture of Dublin’s nightlife since 2001. Her sets are genre-spanning by design\, moving fluidly between afrobeat\, techno and dubstep\, with a strong undercurrent of retro and psychedelic sound that gives her selections a relatability for all. On a stroll around the inner city\, our guide will explain the real-life inspiration behind some of Joyce’s most celebrated writing\, demonstrating just how central the streetscape of the ‘Hibernian metropolis’ was to the author’s life and art. The tour visits such stops as Belvedere College\, the Gresham Hotel\, the James Joyce Statue\, Davy Byrnes\, and the National Library.\n\nThis is an excellent and fun introduction to Joyce in a bustling part of the city.\n\nThe James Joyce Centre offers two tours: Introducing Joyce’s Dublin and Footsteps of Leopold Bloom.\n\nEvery Thursday\, Friday & Saturday at 11 am. DESCRIPTION:Enthusiastic Eunuch Presents \n\nKali Vandever (International Anthen) \n\nKalia Vandever (they/them) is a trombonist and composer living in New York. Praised by AllMusic as “a master musician and composer” and “a singular talent\,” Vandever’s approach to the trombone is distinctive\, defined by their sonorous tone and lyrical voicing. They lean into the challenges of the instrument and allow patience and melody to guide their process. \nVandever’s music has quickly and widely gained traction in the last few years despite the fact that their style has been consistently difficult to pin down\, boasting a compositional scope ranging from the palatial modern jazz of their quartet work (notably featuring guitarist Mary Halvorson) to the synthetic\, gauze-like droning ambience of their solo material\, their compositional practice draws from their love of both songs and improvisation\, creating a landscape of sounds that resonate in the body and hold the listener. This dexterity has not gone unnoticed\, with The Wire asserting\, “Vandever has never sounded more assured and in control of their many strengths.” \nIn Bloom\, their 2019 debut album\, and its followup Regrowth (New Amsterdam\, 2022) swiftly established Vandever as a compelling bandleader in jazz circles—a group format they returned to on Another View (Northern Spy\, 2025) and still engage in regularly in live performance. \nRecognized by NPR as part of the “new class of jazz artists pushing the music forward\,” Vandever’s debut solo album We Fell In Turn (AKP Records\, 2023) signaled a separate path being explored simultaneously. The album features solo works for trombone\, voice and electronics\, laying the groundwork for a new sound to be further developed. Mana\, Vandever’s new album on Chicago’s International Anthem Recording Co\,\, leans into that development: solo trombone filtered through a well-dialed pedalboard\, manipulated live; spare piano as an intermittent anchor; electroacoustic interplay simultaneously echoing and transforming the long-note melodicism of Vandever’s melancholic brass work; head-on\, unambiguous\, and deeply personal lyricism. \nAfter attending Juilliard\, they began touring and performing internationally both solo and with their quartet. Their work as a side-person is expansive\, performing with artists ranging from Shabaka\, Joel Ross\, and Immanuel Wilkins\, to Harry Styles\, Japanese Breakfast\, and Moses Sumney. Vandever has been commissioned to write works for groups and individuals including Tesla Quartet\, The Westerlies\, Katherine Kyu Hyeon Lim\, and Hats & Heels Duo and is also a founding member of tilt—a Brooklyn-based collective with Isabel Crespo Pardo and Carmen Quill.
