SUMMARY:Basht.
DESCRIPTION:Singular Artists proudly present Basht. for their biggest headline show yet\, at The Button Factory\, Dublin on 7 November 2026 to celebrate the release of their upcoming album Poor Advice via LAB Records. \n\nBasht. have earned themselves a devoted fanbase in the run up to their debut album announcement\, in no small thanks to taking their knockout live show on tour with the likes of DEADLETTER\, Everything Everything and Wunderhorse\, and featuring at festivals including The Great Escape\, Truck\, Supersonic Block Party\, Liverpool Sound City\, Dot To Dot\, Live at Leeds\, and Other Voices. With 2025’s celebrated Bitter and Twisted EP under their belts\, the band are delighted to announce their debut album Poor Advice\, a headline show and lead single\, ‘Perfume’. \n\nProduced by Ali Chant (Dry Cleaning\, Perfume Genius\, PJ Harvey)\, ‘Perfume’ arrives foreboding and introspective\, all intoxicating vocals and pitch-black subject matter\, quietly gestating before erupting to make good on the threat of its looming atmospherics. A kind of patience murmurs at the core of Basht.\, only showing their hand when the right moment presents itself. On ‘Perfume’ they turn the reflective and emotionally heavy into the sprawling and powerful. \n\nVocalist and guitarist Jack Leavey comments on the new single: “Perfume is about the relationship between father and son from the perspective of the son as he recounts his parents’ marriage falling apart. \n\nIreland also has a darker history\, shaped by the strong influence of the Catholic Church over private life\, particularly in cases of unplanned pregnancy – where young couples were often pressured into marriage to preserve respectability and avoid shame. \n\nThese unions were not always based on love or readiness\, but on moral expectation and social control\, with alternatives like single parenthood heavily stigmatised\, especially for women. This song reflects that reality\, capturing how personal lives were shaped by external pressures\, where duty could outweigh desire and a single moment could determine the course of an entire future.” \nContinuing about forthcoming debut album Poor Advice\, he says: “Poor Advice is a bruising concept album that traces the tangled wires between power and those crushed under it. \n\nThrough 10 tracks\, it maps the old dance between church and state in Ireland\, where pulpits and governments traded sermons for policy and shaped a generation with guilt\, silence\, and obedience. \nIt then pulls that thread into the present\, following how moral authority has been outsourced to boardrooms and barracks\, with the military industrial complex running like a grim metronome: conflict brewed\, weapons sold\, grief managed\, contracts renewed. \n\nPoor Advice is the title because it’s all the counsel handed down from above: keep your head down\, say your prayers\, trust the deal.”

SUMMARY:Mark O'Donnell
DESCRIPTION:Mark O’Donnell is a singer-songwriter from the small town of Glenties in Donegal\, Ireland. With a sound shaped by modern influences like Lewis Capaldi\, Noah Kahan and Myles Smith\, Mark weaves raw emotion and storytelling into every performance. Music has been at the heart of Mark’s life from an early age. His mother enrolled him in piano lessons when he was just six years old. He later learned to play the fiddle during his time in primary school\, before teaching himself guitar during the pandemic in 2020 — a turning point that reignited his passion for songwriting and stripped-back acoustic music. \nKnown for his ability to reimagine classic songs\, Mark’s cover of “You To Me Are Everything” by The Real Thing featured during an intimate first date scene on Love Island UK in 2022. In November 2021\, he captured national attention with his rendition of Bruce Springsteen’s “Dancing in the Dark” on RTÉ’s Last Singer Standing\, earning a standing ovation from judges Nadine Coyle\, Samantha Mumba\, and Joey Fatone. \nOn December 20th 2024\, Mark released his debut EP if only i knew\, a five-track project featuring original songs that explore grief\, reflection\, and emotional vulnerability. The title track was written in memory of a close friend of his brother who passed away by suicide\, and has deeply resonated with listeners since its release. The EP also includes “3 years ago\,” “say goodbye\,” “falling\,” and a stripped-back version of “say goodbye.” \nMark’s music continues to connect with audiences through his honesty\, depth\, and heartfelt delivery.

SUMMARY:JOACHIM COODER & ADRIANO VITERBINI
DESCRIPTION:There is a somewhat quiet giant making their way around America\, Europe\, and a few other territories that isn’t always noticed\, but when he’s there\, there is no way to ever overlook his music. Joachim Cooder is one-of-a-kind. That is all there is to it. He plays a variety of instruments\, writes songs that seem to come from a slightly different universe and is unforgettable once seen and heard. Cooder has a handful of recordings now\, and every one is absolutely unforgettable. Which isn’t hard to understand once it’s clear what kind of musical discoveries he’s had in his life\, and one he continues to chase with the kind of energy of a champion athlete. One of Cooder’s true calling cards is how his music is able to float in air. He is not tied to the tyranny of a snare drum or any one instrument. What the man is able to do is a blend of percussion\, strings\, vocals\, and other wonders without names into a breathing animal all its own. This really is popular music for people beyond popularity. People that live in a time of their own. \nJoachim Cooder grew up surrounded by music alongside his father\, legendary guitarist Ry Cooder who took him on the road at an early age on the drums\, playing both live and in the studio. These touring and recording projects allowed him to share stages and recordings with Johnny Cash\, Ali Farka Touré\, V. M. Bhatt\, Steve Earle\, John Lee Hooker\, Dr. John\, Nick Lowe\, Mavis Staples\, The Happy Mondays\, and most notably the award winning project The Buena Vista Social Club which has sold more than eight million copies worldwide and entered the book of Guinness World Records as the best-selling world music album of all time.

SUMMARY:MODERN LOVERS - MGNA Crrrta & ideasforconversations
DESCRIPTION:MGNA Crrrta is the electronic girl duo Farheen Khan & Ginger Scott. Obsessed with designer dresses\, heat tools\, aliens\, uncovering the secrets of the universe\, psychedelic pics\, and gritty synthesizers\, MGNA Crrrta creates music that feels like an angsty endless daydream. Inspired by Ke$ha\, Grimes\, and Crystal Castles\, the girls chase the euphoria and Pür Love. \nThe release of their mixtape Beautiful Disaster on February 20\, that has drawn the attention of tastemakers including Pitchfork\, Dazed\, i-D\, and V Magazine. \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNYC-based dance duo ideasforconversations’ music feels refreshingly optimistic\, telling bright sonic stories through glitchcore breaks and vocal chops. \nThe two musicians are opposites in many ways\, but that’s one of the things that makes a duo so powerful\, especially in electronic music\, where you can basically make anything happen. It’s the beauty of modernity\, often abused\, but so\, so\, harmonious when treated with care. \nTheir first solo EP\, No Bad Words\, is one such project\, both purposeful and chaotic as it moves between manipulated vocals and frequencies in ways that are almost entirely unfamiliar\, but still somewhat nostalgic\, with a vast sound catalog and truly unconventional ways of fusing together ideas. \nNo wonder they’re booking so many gigs. The city is going crazy for them\, and pretty soon\, it’s going to be many cities.

DESCRIPTION:Origin stories reenact familiar myths; this one begins with a kid alone in a bedroom\, trying to make something no one has heard before. Hailing from San Francisco\, Filipino-American artist April Harper Grey started making music as underscores in middle school\, when years of noodling around on GarageBand culminated in the realization that\, if taken seriously enough\, this whole “trying to be like Skrillex” thing might amount to something great. \nFor years\, underscores released a steady stream of one-offs via SoundCloud\, which endeared her to like minded artists and a burgeoning community of fans\, but it wasn’t until 2017\, with the release of EP skin purifying treatment\, that the project stepped out of its solitary origins and began to capture the attention of a much larger audience. In 2021\, underscores released the debut underscores album\, fishmonger\, which was written and recorded in that same childhood bedroom amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. \nThat collection launched underscores from recording vocals in a car to opening for 100 Gecs on the U.S. leg of the 10\,000 Gecs tour. Before hitting the road\, underscores released yet another collection\, boneyard aka fearmonger\, a collection of seven tracks that manages to sound like both the climax of and the morning after the craziest night of your life. On the heels of 10\,000 Gecs\, the first underscores mini-tour sold out in NY\, LA\, Chicago\, and underscores’s hometown of San Francisco. Since then\, underscores has played Lollapalooza’s Main Stage\, Electric Forest\, FVDED in the Park\, and Corona Capital CDMX. \nIndependent since the project’s inception\, underscores signed to Mom+Pop last year. Since dropping boneyard aka fearmonger\, she’s produced music for Alice Longyu Gao\, glaive\, Whethan\, and renforshort. The world eagerly awaits the next underscores record\, Wallsocket\, knowing it will jolt us out of reverie. SUMMARY:Nieve Ella
DESCRIPTION:Nieve Ella is an artist for those still figuring it out. Her debut album\, How Long Will It Take?\, explores the messy reality of coming of age\, navigating identity and relationships while feeling like everyone else has somehow got there first. Rather than offering easy answers\, Nieve finds hope in simply continuing forward\, embracing the mess and choosing progress over perfection through emotionally candid songwriting and production that moves as unpredictably as the thoughts she’s trying to untangle. \nSince emerging\, Nieve has built one of the UK’s most fiercely engaged young fanbases\, amassing more than 20 million streams\, earning multiple BBC Radio 1 playlist additions and praise from The Observer\, The Independent\, Rolling Stone UK\, NME\, DORK\, DIY\, Clash\, Wonderland\, Hunger and more. That momentum has translated into a formidable live following with multiple headline tours across the UK and Europe\, selling out in minutes\, standout performances at Reading & Leeds\, TRNSMT\, BST Hyde Park\, and Lollapalooza Berlin\, cementing her reputation as bigger stages bring bigger crowds.

SUMMARY:Wendy Eisenberg
DESCRIPTION:Wendy Eisenberg has spent the past decade as a fixture of independent music and an artist of inspired multiplicity. As a singer-songwriter\, improviser\, and virtuoso guitarist\, the coordinates of their artistry are ever-shifting\, from art-rock to jazz to blistering free improv and eloquent folk. On catalog highlights including 2020’s ‘Auto’ and the 2024 free-jazz sprawler ‘Viewfinder’\, they’ve made a signature of ambition. \nAs Eisenberg told fellow guitarist Nick Millevoi in an interview for Premier Guitar in 2021\, “I need to be in a punk band at the same time as I need to be playing free improv at the same time as I need to be playing songs. All at the same time—otherwise none of the practices will work for me.” Their musical range isn’t a glib manifestation of eclecticism\, but a genuine artistic essence.

SUMMARY:CAR BOMB
DESCRIPTION:Originally formed on Long Island\, New York in 2000\, Car Bomb is a band whose style is marked by a highly experimental and extremely aggressive approach to metal. Their unpredictable blend of evolving polyrhythms\, shifting tempos\, syncopated down-tuned guitars\, jazz-influenced drumming\, harmonically deconstructive riffing\, and dynamic vocals create a sound that is pulverizingly heavy and intensely disorienting. They create music that is fluid and ever changing\, and are not afraid of veering off on bold melodic tangents. This unique sound combined with a strong DIY work ethic and a continuously growing fan base has earned them the opportunity to tour with larger acts in the genre. \nCar Bomb released their debut album Centralia on Relapse Records in 2007\, and supported the record on US tours with High on Fire in 2008 and Gojira in 2009. They self-released their second album w^w^^w^w (pronounced “w-click-w” or “the waveform album”) in 2012. It featured guest vocals by Joseph Duplantier of Gojira\, whom they’d again tour with later that year. In 2014\, Car Bomb was invited to tour Europe for the first time\, opening up for Meshuggah on their 25th anniversary tour. \nCar Bomb released their third album Meta in the fall of 2016\, which again featured Joseph Duplantier who this time also shared a co-production credit with Greg Kubacki. The album also features Frank Mullen of Suffocation and was mixed by Josh Wilbur (Korn\, Megadeth\, Lamb of God\, Parkway Drive). The band kicked off the release with shows supporting Gojira and Tesseract as well as opening for The Dillinger Escape Plan on their farewell US tour. In early 2017\, Car Bomb headed back to Europe/UK opening up for Gojira. The band then headlined their own European tour in September before returning to the US in October to support Animals as Leaders and Periphery. \nThe band is currently headquartered at Silvercord Studios in Brooklyn\, New York

SUMMARY:MUNA
DESCRIPTION:MUNA’s journey has always been about bringing to light the complex\, messy\, ecstatic realities of life\, and with their fourth album\, Dancing On The Wall\, they’ve never been sharper\, darker\, or more exhilarating. \nEmerging from the sparkly\, confetti-strewn heights of their 2022 self-titled record\, MUNA now channel the raw\, anxious\, and sweat-soaked energy of living in a city (Los Angeles) of unrelenting heat\, a corrupted world wrought by political tension\, and the quieter and more personal pressures of millennial precarity and heartache in these uncertain times. \nThe result is a record that feels both intimate and spectacular: a fast-paced\, hard-edged dance pop world built with teeth\, wit\, and emotional resonance—a soundtrack for hearts on fire amidst the tumult of modern life. \nDancing On The Wall is MUNA doing what they do best: capturing the cultural moment\,  the oversaturated\, escapist spectacle of contemporary life\,  and bending it to their own vision. Influenced by dance\, post-punk\, synth-pop and new wave\, the songs are drenched in a metallic sheen yet carry a brooding melancholy that undercuts the hedonistic highs. The tension between propulsive instrumentals and the band’s classically introspective and thoughtful lyricism drives the album’s restless pulse. \nAcross the record\, MUNA explores desire\, intimacy\, and connection against a backdrop of a world in flux. There’s a quiet reckoning throughout the album with how to keep living\, loving\, and reaching for one another while living in these times. Tracks like “Wannabeher” capture the dizzying thrill of stepping fully into someone else’s fantasy. “So What” is a somber epic that muses on post-party loneliness\, while “Why Do I Get A Good Feeling” lingers long after the frenetic beat ends\, the swirl of strings and vocals becoming a meditation on suspended possibilities. The album closes with “Buzzkiller\,” a stark reckoning with desire and its aftermath\, the ache of achieving what you wanted only to realise new questions\, doubts\, and hungers remain. \nWhile Dancing On The Wall is unafraid of its darkness\, it’s also a record of exuberance\, wit\, and communal joy. MUNA’s songs transport listeners to dancefloors where heat is friction\, where longing meets the ecstatic\, and where the uncertainty of life becomes a soundtrack for living fully. “We still fall in and out of love. We reach out to one another. Perhaps it’s a call to step outside the algorithm and into the richness of our lives\,” the band says\,  a sentiment that runs through the record’s core. \nMUNA were selected by Harry Styles as the first support act he took out on his debut solo tour\, and have since shared stages with Taylor Swift on the Eras Tour\, Lorde\, boygenius\, and Phoebe Bridgers. From sold-out club shows to festival main stages\, they’ve grown into pop artists who command both spectacle and intimacy with equal confidence. \nTheir previous work\, including the viral hit “Silk Chiffon\,” has earned hundreds of millions of streams and widespread acclaim\, alongside TV appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon\, The Late Late Show with James Corden\, Jimmy Kimmel Live\, The Ellen DeGeneres Show\, and Good Morning America. The band also maintains a devoted following across Instagram\, Tiktok\, and Spotify—but their ability to convert these followers and listeners into fans who ardently follow them across the globe for their euphoric concerts sets them apart. \nThe record is produced by Naomi McPherson\, with their trademark attention to detail blending effortlessly with bandmate Josette Maskin’s well-honed behind-the-scenes pop technique to create living\, breathing worlds for lead singer Katie Gavin’s incisive lyricism and signature voice. Dancing On The Wall blends euphoric sonic landscapes with sharp\, human storytelling. The album reflects a fiercely self-directed creative process\, one shaped by instinct\, trust\, and total artistic control. It feels lived-in\, urgent\, and cinematic\,  a reflection of a generation navigating uncertainty while refusing to let go of joy. With this album\, MUNA proves once again that pop can be daring\, intimate\, and socially conscious all at once: a record that doesn’t just capture the moment\, but distills it into a world you want to inhabit. \nA portion of the proceeds from MUNA’s Get So Hot Tour will go to TAC and their work supporting LGBTQ Youth and Queer Migrants across the US.

SUMMARY:De Staat
DESCRIPTION:De Staat has built a reputation as one of Europe’s most inventive and fearless live acts. With six studio albums and numerous live shows under their belt\, the band has consistently pushed the boundaries of what a rock band can be. From the pounding rally cries of ‘Witch Doctor’ to the razor-sharp commentary of ‘KITTY KITTY’\, De Staat has long explored themes of demagoguery and mass manipulation. De Staat has played – and in some cases headlined – major festivals including SXSW\, Glastonbury\, Lowlands\, Sziget\, Boomtown\, Rock for People\, Pukkelpop\, Rock Werchter and Deichbrand and toured with bands like The Rolling Stones\, Muse\, and Biffy Clyro. \nTheir music-spanning industrial grooves\, heavy riffs\, experimental electronics\, and pop sensibility – has been featured in global campaigns and games\, winning Edison Awards\, 3FM Awards\, multiple music video awards\, a Bernays Lifetime Achievement Award and international critical acclaim. \nAfter two years of silence\, De Staat returns with a long-awaited\, seventh self-titled album\, art installation and live show\, marking nearly 25 years of pushing boundaries in the art rock landscape. Their latest creation taps into today’s dystopian anxieties like never before\, where power\, populism\, and control collide\, gradually erasing the line between reality and fiction.

SUMMARY:Master Boot Record & Fulci
DESCRIPTION:Computer-metal project Master Boot Record and death metal outfit Fulci have now announced a huge co-headline show for The Academy\, Dublin on Friday\, 13th November 2026. \nTickets from €32.50 (inc booking fee & venue facility fee) from Ticketmaster.ie. Bookings subject to 12.5% service charge per ticket (max €10.50) \nABOUT MASTER BOOT RECORD: Master Boot Record (aka MBR) is a Computer Metal project founded in 2016 by producer Vittorio D’amore mixing together heavy metal and synthesized electronic music. \nStarting in 2016 releasing albums under the indie chiptune/demoscene label Data Airlines has moved in 2018 to Blood Music to expand its audience to the electronic scene. In 2019 MASTER BOOT RECORD settled with Metal Blade Records\, the historic metal label based in Los Angeles to release the latest two albums “Floppy Disk Overdrive (2020)” and “Personal Computer (2022)” helping the project to gain increased popularity worldwide. MBR has also produced the video game “VirtuaVerse” as well as its original soundtrack. VirtuaVerse was released in 2020 on all gaming platforms as well as Nintendo Switch\, Xbox and Playstation. The project as a live band increased their live activity in 2022 including live performing artists such as the guitar virtuoso and Ibanez endorser Edoardo Taddei at lead guitars and technical death metal drummer Giulio Galati. \n MBR released 14 albums so far with multiple record labels and has been one of the most successful musicians on US digital distribution platform Bandcamp charting #1 in general charts several times. Because of that Bandcamp often featured the albums and made interviews directly with the artist. \nThe rapid growth of the project sparked an intense live activity with several tours in Europe and North American as well as participating to festivals such as Super Mag Fest (USA)\, Resurrection Fest (Spain)\, Brutal Assault (Czech Republic)\, Wacken Open Air (Germany)\, Baroeg Open Air (Netherlands)\, Resistanz Festival (UK)\, SWR Fest (Portugal)\, Frantic Fest (Italy).  \nIn 2024–2025\, MASTER BOOT RECORD expanded globally with the release of “Hardwarez” (Metal Blade Records\, October 2024)\, followed by an extensive world tour across North America\, Canada\, the UK\, and Europe between September and November 2024\, totaling more than 40 shows. \nThe band recently toured as support for the french electronic metal band Igorrr across Europe and is confirmed to perform at more European festival such as Brutal Assault\, Mystic Festival\, Motocultor\, Arc Tangent and more to be announced. \nThe plans for 2026 include a full North American tour in Spring and a full European / UK tour during the fall that are ready for announcement. \n  \nABOUT FULCI: Fulci is the death metal band named after the “Godfather of gore” Lucio Fulci. The band combines the two\nthings they like the most: horror movies and death metal. \nLucio Fulci films had a strong influence on the aesthetics of extreme music. Fulci’s intent is to pay homage to the maestro by creating concept albums based on his films. The band released three discs till now\, some of which have reached their 6th reissue. We did four USA tours as headliners plus several festivals and apparitions in Europe and South Africa. In 2023 we released a live session in Tampa\, Florida at the Morrisound Studios where American death metal was born. in 2024 will be released our 4th album via 20 Buck Spin Records. Fulci live shows try to resemble cinematic experiences through video projections\, lights\, synthesizers and horror staging. \nIn September 2023 we played a show in a movie theatre presenting our first short movie and soundtrack release. We have a regular collaboration with the fashion brand Slam Jam to develop events\, products and performances. We have a strong fanbase and among others we have been mentioned by Max Cavalera\, Eli Roth and Dwid Helion. KERRANG! Magazine gave us the 35th place on the chart of the 50 bands that have revitalized death metal over the past 10 years.

SUMMARY:Brian Fallon & The Painkillers
DESCRIPTION:With his new album Not Bad for New Jersey\, singer/songwriter Brian Fallon doubles down on the defiant romanticism that’s always fueled his songwriting\, resisting any impulse to grow more guarded with time. Before bringing his fifth solo LP to life\, the Gaslight Anthem frontman returned to the fatalistic love songs that rewired his brain as a child—moody radio mainstays authored by rock icons deep into their second act\, voiced by wild-eyed dreamers he alternately refers to as “beautiful losers” and “desperate lunatics.” As he assembled a set of songs populated by characters who love too hard and risk too much\, Fallon built up a body of work that charges forward with a reckless momentum: the singular internal motion of someone who’s been knocked off course more than once but still chooses to believe\, refusing to surrender to cynicism’s easy gravity. \nProduced by his repeat collaborator Butch Walker (Green Day\, Jesse Malin)\, Not Bad for New Jersey features guest spots from Brandon Flowers of The Killers\, Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen\, avant-garde guitar legend Marc Ribot\, and folk/country luminary Lori McKenna. Through a series of freewheeling sessions with Walker (who handled bass\, piano\, backing vocals\, and more) and Dr. Dog drummer Eric Slick\, Fallon summoned a frenetic collision of power-pop and heartland rock\, arriving at a perfect sonic counterpart to the album’s hot-blooded sincerity. “From the beginning I knew I had to fully lean into the passion and lunacy of all these songs I felt inspired by—there wasn’t much room for subtlety\,” says Fallon\, naming Bryan Adams’ “Run to You” and The Police’s “Every Breath You Take” among his touchstones for the LP. Mostly tracked live at Walker’s studio near Nashville\, Not Bad for New Jersey ultimately reveals an artist driven by the same rapturous abandon that animates his storytelling. “There was so much childlike joy in writing and recording all these songs\,” says Fallon. “The whole album came together so naturally\, with a level of creative fulfillment I hadn’t experienced in a very long time.”
